What does it cost?
Pricing is based on floor area, site complexity, travel and the deliverables you need. Tell us the size and location of the site and we will come back with a fixed quote.
What information helps you quote accurately?
For a digital twin: floor area, number of floors and buildings, location, and whether external areas are included. For a roof inspection: roof area, building height, and anything unusual about the site or its surroundings. A site address alone is usually enough for a first indication.
Can we see an example before committing?
Yes. Ask and we will send links to twins of comparable buildings, and sample imagery from a roof inspection, so you can judge the quality yourself rather than take our word for it.
Can both be done in the same visit?
Usually, yes — and it is normally cheaper that way, since travel and setup are shared. Tell us you want both and we will price it as one job.
Do you take on single small units?
Yes, though very small jobs are usually most economical when grouped — several units on the same estate, or a portfolio captured across one visit. Ask and we will tell you the sensible way to structure it.
