What does it cost?
Pricing is based on floor area, site complexity, travel and the deliverables you need. Tell us the size and location of the site and we will come back with a fixed quote.
What information helps you quote accurately?
For a digital twin: floor area, number of floors, location, and whether external areas are included. For a drone inspection: roof/site area and anything unusual about the site or its surroundings. A site address alone is usually enough for a first indication.
Can both be done in the same visit?
Usually, yes and it is normally cheaper that way, since travel and setup are shared. Tell us you want both and we will price it as one job.
Do you take on single small units?
Yes, and we can complete several units on the same estate, or a portfolio captured across one visit. Ask and we will tell you the sensible way to structure it.
