About us

Specialists in capturing working buildings.

Point Eleven is a Hertfordshire-based digital twin practice working with commercial landlords, facilities teams and industrial operators nationwide.

Why we started

[Write two or three sentences here on why you set the business up. Buyers in this market respond to a specific origin — a frustration you saw first-hand, a background in property, FM, construction or surveying, a project that went wrong for want of a decent record of the building. Concrete beats polished.]

How we work

We are deliberately not a photography business that also does 3D. Everything we do is built around one question: what does this building need to explain to people who are not standing in it? That shapes what we capture, how we tag it, and what we hand over.

In practice that means we spend time on the brief before we spend time on site. It is the difference between a twin that gets opened once and one that ends up linked from your work orders, your induction pack and your marketing particulars.

Working on live sites

Most of the buildings we scan are in use. We are set up for that: inductions and permits completed in advance, out-of-hours and shutdown working, sensitive areas excluded on request, and insurance documentation supplied before we attend.

Our approach

Three things we hold to

Honest scoping

If a twin will not solve your problem, we will say so. A wasted capture helps nobody, and this industry has enough of them.

Minimal disruption

Your operation comes first. We fit around shifts, trading hours and shutdowns rather than asking you to fit around us.

Usable handover

A link nobody knows how to share is worthless. We hand over files, embed codes and a session on using the thing.

Let's talk about your building.

No obligation, and no pressure to book a scan on the first call.
